Compass Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing emotional, social, and spiritual support and encouragement to missionaries and their children at the lowest or no cost to them. 

 

We are based in The Tampa Bay Area, Florida.

Compass Ministries started in 2011 with one person providing pastoral counseling to missionary families in St. Petersburg, Florida. From this simple beginning, God has grown it into a team of staff and trained volunteers who provide many helps to Christian cross-cultural workers and their children.

Our vision is to make Tampa Bay a welcoming community for missionary families.
