Andrea Pavkov is a trained spiritual director who graduated from Tending the Holy, a spiritual direction program through Christos Center for Spiritual Formation. She is also a trained debriefer.

Andrea has lived overseas as a missionary in Mozambique, Africa and has held several positions in non-profit ministry over her career. She has a deep compassion for those in ministry, especially those who serve cross-culturally, as she knows it can be both beautiful and difficult.

As a spiritual director, Andrea delights in coming alongside others, especially those who are struggling to find rest for their weary souls. She provides a safe, prayerful space where authenticity thrives. Rooted in God’s love and gentle kindness, she offers careful listening, thoughtful questions, and a calm presence, trusting that God is already at work in each person’s story. She believes God welcomes His beloved in whatever state they find themselves, desiring that they flourish.

She and her husband live in Arizona near their children and grandchildren, who bring them immense joy.
