Maya became interested in joining Compass as a Mental Health Coach when looking for opportunities to coach. She was introduced to the TCK world in 2021 and attended several retreats and workshops, including the Compass Ministries/Barnabas ATCK retreat. She grew up in Russia and France and has experience coaching TCKs. She studied law at the University of Maryland but has been fascinated with life coaching for many years.
