Volunteer Coordinator

Diane Davis is the Church Administrator at Tampa Covenant Church, where she oversees operations, finances, and event planning. She has been married to her husband, Lee, for 37 years, and together they have two children: Megan (31) and Calvin (23). Megan now serves alongside her as Tampa Covenant’s Administrative Assistant, and Calvin—adopted from China at age five—has been a beautiful gift from God.
Diane also serves as Volunteer Coordinator for Compass Ministries, where she loves bringing people together to serve the ministry more effectively. She is passionate about building community, coordinating volunteers, and creating welcoming spaces for worship and service.
