Join us for the World Of Hope Banquet as we come together to raise scholarship funds for missionary families in need of services. Our mission is to provide these vital services for free or at the lowest cost possible, ensuring that missionary families receive the support they require.
All funds raised for this campaign will fund our three main programs: 50% will go to Compass House- A residential discipleship home for adult missionary kids; 30% will go to Compass Care- Our counseling center providing mental health care to missionary families; and, 20% will go to +Compass- buiilding healing communities for adult missionary kids in the United States.

World of Hope Banquet Presents Tim Kroll as our 2026 Keynote Speaker
Timothy Kroll has served as President of Woodrow Kroll Ministries since 2018, succeeding his father and the ministry's founder, Dr. Woodrow Kroll.
With over 23 years of pastoral experience, including leadership roles at Northside and Heritage Baptist Church, Tim leverages his deep ministerial background to support and bless pastors globally. His primary mission is rooted in biblical discipleship: assimilating Christ's words, imitating His life, and equipping others to do the same.
Tim and his wife, Lisa, reside in Titusville, Florida. They are the proud parents of five children and grandparents to seven.

2026 World of Hope Banquet
Why Should You Go?
Last year, with your generous contributions, we were able to provide 37 full scholarships and 119 partial scholarships to Missionary families who needed mental health services and pastoral care the most. Compass served a total of 156 Missionary individuals in 2025. This year of 2026, our goal is to double that number and make an even greater impact on the lives of these dedicated frontline global workers.
